About me

Before becoming a transformational life coach, I spent years surviving working as a doctor—navigating the intensity and pressures that often come with the role.

When I became a mother, my world shifted again in ways I hadn’t expected. The experience of matrescence—with all its messy, physical, emotional, and psychological changes—shook up everything I thought I knew about myself, my identity, and what it meant to live a meaningful life. It was in the midst of that upheaval that I found coaching—not just as a tool, but as a path toward greater understanding, compassion, and alignment.

Coaching helped me reconnect with my values, redefine what thriving looked like for me, and create space for both ambition and gentleness.

Now, I help others do the same—finding balance, purpose, and fulfilment through a lens of kindness, curiosity, and a good dose of humour!

Background

I’m an NHS GP, former Physiotherapist and certified Transformational Life Coach.

I have worked as an NHS Wellbeing GP creating a Coaching service to support all staff. In this role I created and ran Peri & Menopause Educational webinars and Group Consultations to uplift and guide women through this life transition with confidence and permission to create gentle shifts for better future wellbeing.
